I'm the owner and roaster of a wholesale roasting company that is opening a cafe in the fall of 2012.
What cities or countries are you interested in traveling to?
One's with good coffee be it grown or juiced!
About Me:
A good shot of espresso moves me heart and soul.
I lived in Italy for a year, but didn't like coffee!. It was only when I moved back and started working at Starbucks that even tried the stuff. From there (thank you cafe Grumpy!) I discovered that coffee could be more than just a fine purveyor of caffeine.
I'm now working to bridge the coffee gap between Philly and NYC!
About My Company:
We are a roaster of delicious, sustainably sourced coffees that is seeking to raise the playing field in NJ and the mid-Atlantic and use coffee to change the city we live in!
What is your favorite thing about the coffee industry?
Welcome Benjamin...how is the state of coffee in New Brunswick? I haven't been back in a while, but I went to EB High & Rutgers....there was only one shop then, across from the place that sold Boli's and the music store owned by the guy from the smithereens....
Its been a while since I have been back (as evidenced by my forgetting the name of Stuff your face, when a girlfriend actually worked there...), but if it is anything like I remember it should definitely work if done correctly and specifically for the area. Love to help you with this so ets keep talking!
