About My Company:
Dallis Coffee is a third generation coffee roasting company that has been around since 1913. David Dallis was a president of the SCAA, and the company has always been involved with the specialty coffee movement. About 3 years ago Dallis was purchased Octavio, a Brazilian based company. In addition to our coffee work here we have a farm, mill, roasting plant, cafe, and coffee university in Brazil.

I love the idea of cultural exchange, sustainable business practices, and the quest for quality.
