About Me:

Currently I am the roastress at Coal Creek Coffee Co. I've been here for almost three years and have loved and learned a lot about coffee. I'm always ready to learn more.

About My Company:

Organic and Fairtrade coffees are roasted daily in our Primo IR25. We supply our original downtown coffeehouse location, our new uptown location and a plethora of wholesale accounts throughout the state.

What is your favorite thing about the coffee industry?

The camaraderie and coffee love.

  Hi Katie - Just wondering if any of the Coal Creek crew will be competing at the Mtn Reg. Competition? Myself and a few other baristas will be there to support Wyo! Saw Ben last Feb in Chicago - he was in one of my roasting classes. That was a suprise! Take care
