If you are a barista or shop, are you interested in a barista exchange with another coffee shop/barista?
yes
Tell us more about your coffee shop or barista skills.
I was in the restaurant business 17 years before being liberated into the coffee world. I believe quality, and consistency of quality with speed are my strong suites. When doing pastries I have been accused of making stuff so consistent that it looks commercially made. Having been thrown on "the line" to cook for a night with no more training than reading the menu and being shown where things are, I believe this shows my adaptability.
What cities or countries are you interested in traveling to?
I am open to all. I would like to travel back to Norway having spent a summer in Bodo, but any city in or out of the United States is fine with me.
About Me:
Happy to be in the community of the the coffee world. I took my first job in coffee to get out of restaurants and quickly realized I loved it so much more I have worked to stay in the industry ever since. I seem to have fallen into the ability to do multiple pours on one drink, loving the reactions of customers when I ask if I can take a picture of their drink.
When I am not making or reading about coffee, I love watching Sci-Fi, reading techno-thrillers, cooking, playing violin or trumpet and running sound whenever I can.
About My Company:
Currently between companies
