Using a CMA Astoria Lady AEP1 with a Mahlkonig K-30. Experimented for years for a not too sweet mocha. Currently made with a 50/50 blend of French Valrhona 100% dutch processed cocoa powder with Ghirardelli Sweet Ground chocolate and cocoa
