Tell us more about your coffee shop or barista skills.: Using a CMA Astoria Lady AEP1 with a Mahlkonig K-30. Experimented for years for a not too sweet mocha. Currently made with a 50/50 blend of French Valrhona 100% dutch processed cocoa powder with Ghirardelli Sweet Ground chocolate and cocoa
What cities or countries are you interested in traveling to?: Japan, with their ancient coffee shop history.
About Me:: Enjoy coffee, audiophile systems, play bass clarinet, do watercolors and Japaneses painting (Sumi)
What is your favorite thing about the coffee industry?: Home brewed espresso works well with audiophile listening. Oh yea!
