No real over all certification. You can get training from manufactures and they may "certify" you to repair their brand. As a company we receive training from manufactures regularly.
What I mean is that the best way to double the size [or serving #] of a beverage is not always to multiple by 2. For example, when using a chemex brewer I have found that the best way to prepare 2 cups worth of coffee is not always to double the coffee weight and water weight. Rather, I only ad another 50% of the coffee weight, usually, and double the water weight.
