Absolutely in love with coffee and all things related to the bean. Very interested in learning the skills of how to be a skilled roaster. love meeting people that are as passionate about coffee as i am and learning all that i can from them.
What cities or countries are you interested in traveling to?
Very open to travelling, their is so much to see and do in so many different amazing countries.
About Me:
In love with the bean and all the differing aspects of it. I am about to travel the globe on a adventure to find the best coffee and hope to meet many amazing people and learn all they have to share with me.
About My Company:
Have been working at a chocolate cafe for the last two and a half years. working with local boutique roasteries learing all that i can from them whilst developing a blend for the cafe. Competed on a national level in Australia in 05 but will be absolutely amazed at the skills of the baristas when i see my first WBC in Copenhagen YAY!!!!
What is your favorite thing about the coffee industry?
I am a biotech grad but i have long held a PASSION for coffee and tea. I have experience working as a barista in an italian cafe chain an also juice bars.
I am hoping to get my hands on a domobar or appia for my home one day. Hydrocolloids and flavor pairing are interesting topics which i am learning now.
I am also trying to get a job as a barista and learn some roasting techniques in Adelaide. Could you help me out here?
