I love putting my focus on what goes on top of a drink. Not that I don't love the effort of making the drink itself a work of art - there's just something awesome about drinking a latte or macchiato that's topped with a rosseta.

What cities or countries are you interested in traveling to?

I would love to go to Seattle, WA and Portland, OR. As far as countries go, I would love to visit Ethiopia or Indonesia.
