If you are a barista or shop, are you interested in a barista exchange with another coffee shop/barista?
no
What cities or countries are you interested in traveling to?
Israel, Greece, Egypt, Ethiopia, Jamaica, Scotland, New Zealand.
About Me:
I was taught how to roast in 2003 by my self taught friends Drew, and Pat. I can't imagine doing anything else besides going on tour with my band Nomadic (www.myspace.com/tribenomadic), and even then I would buy a Probatino and roast in my garage. I am married and have a daughter and a son. I love Jesus more than life. I used to roast on a 10 kilo Toper and enjoy African coffees the most.
What is your favorite thing about the coffee industry?
Hey Aaron. Still roasting for the shop (someone else's - not my own) is what it is but is going along okay. I'm still anxiously awaiting all the pre build-out snafus to be resolved so I can get my IR-12 installed and get my own thing going.
Will def be at SCAA conference this year and hope to se you there. Mat Godard - Chris D's roaster friend from Syracuse - says he met you at the big DeFerio nuptials. See you in Atlanta for sure.
