I liked your comment on serving traditional cappuccinos and lattes. It makes
sense because it is the bold taste that hooks the customer and gives them a
reason to return to your shop.
Many of the shops in Seattle have kept close to the traditional size
cappuccinos and never serve over a 12 oz.
