The coffee shop is called Fairly Grounded Coffee and Tea. It is a fair trade coffee shop that carries mostly organic and sustainable products. Our coffee comes from Water Avenue Coffee Co. and our tea brand is Rishi. It is a very relaxing and positive atmosphere. We have beautiful artwork, Putamayo World Music and the coolest seahorse tank you've ever seen.

thanks for the add btw, I liked the blog. I've not been a barista long and only had a couple weeks of barista work experience but I've run into people like that. One guy that was an "airport hilton trained barista" telling me I do lattes wrong. There isn't enough heavy stuff behind a bar to throw at these people. haha :P
