Tell us more about your coffee shop or barista skills.: i worked in a mom & pop shop for 12 years and loved it. i had planned on going back after i had a baby, but, the owner sold it while i was away and i didn't feel right working under anyone else...now i do alot of home-brewing and experimenting with different techniques and try to keep the barista flame under my ass burnin. ..

About Me:: i'm a big fan of batdorf and bronson's roasts--after working with it for so long, i've become accustomed to it's flavor, but i do like to branch out every now and then and that's always fun to see what else is out there...
