yes
Tell us more about your coffee shop or barista skills.
I've learned that a good cappacino is more than a great shot in well whirled milk and a beautiful rosetta. The experience of great customer service is the most improtant part. With a great smile and a helpful demeanor, people come back (and pretty soon you know that whole town)!

Helping on an organic coffee farm has also giving me a healthy respect for how much time and energy is put into one little shot of espresso. We once counted 250 beans in two shots of 'spro!
What cities or countries are you interested in traveling to?
Anywhere!
About Me:
I LOVE. being outside, bugs, culture, language (english or otherwise), mud in between my toes, snow, rock climbing, ropeswings, practical jokes, confusion, , dancing with fire, discipline, insanity. yes.
About My Company:
One of the few great roasteries in town, also one of the few great music venues as well!
What is your favorite thing about the coffee industry?
The appreciation of the farmers who grow, harvest, and process the precious bean.

I ain't sure if my last post went thru. It went away...
Your dad was surprised (to say the least) when I told him what you said.

    How was the snow?

I'm trying to get him into a computer now. I got a few lying around, he just has to get a land line to get on the internet. He's got satellite TV now. Now he's wondering how he ever got along without it.

you got an email address that you check more often than this? Mine's nobodydoes at gmail. I will gladly pass on any info or anything you wanna relay to him till I get him online. Talk to you later
