I started out in the coffee world at Tully's Coffee. I found the light after Coffee (:P)eople at the now-defunct Tutta Bella, which served Stumptown. I have been at the Daily Cafe At The Tram for over a year now also serving Stumptown. Serving their coffee has driven me to learn and care WAY more about coffee than ever before.
I also have been roasting at home since August '07 using the heat gun/dog bowl method with positive, yet occasionally uneven results. As with barista-ing, I'm continuously learning new skills and techniques.
About My Company:
The Daily at the Tram on the South Waterfront at OHSU's Center for Health And Healing is run primarily by my co-worker, Angela, and me. We unfortunately serve way too many white mochas and get requests for Snickers :( However, we have a strong cult following, and have been told by many that we are awesome, which is good.
Coffeehouse NW is THE best shop I've ever been to, and I am proud to say that I now work there, too!
What is your favorite thing about the coffee industry?

Great to meet you and share some coffee. I look forward to more of that down the road and would love to taste what the Fat Roast fires up.
A little face deconstruction (ok, destruction) is a good thing now and again.
