Previously worked as Director of Coffee (Green Buyer, Production Director) for Ceremony Coffee Roasters. Before that, trained and worked bar at the Open Eye Cafe and Caffe Driadé, as well as trainer/customer rep for Carrboro Coffee Roasters in North Carolina. Worked bar at Sweetleaf in Long Island City, Queens. Made USBC Finals in 2015. Won the 2011 SERBC. Multiple top places in Barista Competition, Brewers Cup, and Cup Tasters.
What cities or countries are you interested in traveling to?
Most of them. Especially curious about Ethiopia, Japan, and Brasil.

Since writing the above, I have traveled to Brasil. It was awesome.

I love the coffee community. I have served it by representing the Southeast as a Chapter Representative in the Barista Guild of America some years back.

    Hola,meda mucho gustos saber de ti,te cuento que estamos por iniciar nuestra cosecha de cafe he estado en las fincas con las personas que seleccionan la cereza tenemos muy buena calidad de nuestro cafe ya estoy catando las primeras muestras de la nueva cosecha cuando piensas venir a Honduras,estoy tan interesads en tener mi propio cafe aqui en Honduras pero me gustaria saber mas de lo que tu haces,
