sumatra is usually over-roasted (in order to hide the bad sourcing on the green buyers' part).
underrated for the most part (if you wanna add tons of body to a blend, sumatra's where it's at!).
underexplored, too (there are so many micro regions in indonesia, it's hard to generalize)
