- I'm a roaster, barista, and coffee geek to the bone who couldn't get coffee out of my life! I actually taught high school Spanish for years after college but always was drawn back to coffee. So, I started Noble Coffee Roasting. I know a lot about coffee but I know that I have a lot more to learn...
On another note, I'm married to my beautiful wife Carolyn and we have two kids named Adrian (age 4) and Julian (age 2). - About My Company:
