- I have been in Sales/Training for over 12 years in the Upper Midwest region of the country. I wish to continue to keep abreast with in the industry and share what I have learned with our customers to keep them on top and in business. We support the independent cafe owner in all areas of the industry. I love to share and learn from other experts.

- Any relating to coffee and gelato. My first choice would be Italy.

- I love what I do and wish to be able to retire doing so. I am a great believer in training and keeping up on the newest and latest trends. I believe that you can never stop learning and improving your skills. I am very passionate about what I do!

Hi Kevin,
We actually met at the Barista Jam over at Cafe' Imports last year (I think). Things are progressing slowly with the cafe' plans. After the first of the year I would love to chat sometime.
