As a Roast Coffee Manager:
Budget planning and management.
Managed department inventories by tracking monthly sales reports and ordered product and supplies so as to meet client requirements and the company's gross profit goals.
Checked and verified all deliveries and invoices to ensure accurate billing to and from vendors.
Create new lines of business.

As a Commercial Division Manager:
Construction development of the production facility which includes supervision of construction, designing of area and technical specifications, organize auctioning process, manage funds and buying of construction materials
Elaborate payroll
Elaborate sales, accounts payable, accounts receivable, petty cash, and inventory reports
Calculate production costs and projection sales for new and current products
Prepare necessary paperwork needed for coffee export and import of coffee machines

    Hola Guillermo, espero que les haya ido bien en RAMACAFE 2008, que los talleres hayan sido de beneficio y el intercambio con la gente tambien, desde el punto de vista de Don Paco , entiendo que pasaron bien el martes, gracias a Roberto por atender a los visitantes y baristas locales que estuvieron en Ramacafe 2008...esa es la ACTITUD!!!
