- Simpatico is a kiosk in a building lobby; two fulltime employees/baristas including myself, but "rotating" part time employment. Our barista skils are above average, knowlegeable enough to know and appreciate skills we see in other baristas and shops.

- Extensive professional background in graphic design, then decided on a career change late in life. I really enjoy coffee and its impact on society, and watching the development of specialty coffee.
- About My Company:
- Simpatico Espresso has been in business since May of 2006. We operate a kiosk in a building lobby occupied by a majority of non-profit organizations. Our goal is to expand and own a coffee shop to be a more complete participant in the coffee experience, i.e. more space and the ability to control our environment. It has been a personal goal to reach out to other shops to build community.
