About Me:
I started working in chain-store cafes about 5 years ago, and have ended up working in a patisserie/cafe in Newcastle. I would love a chance to play around with different brands of coffee, and to learn how to roast. In time, I hope to have enough money to become accredited with aasca (I'm poor... ) and to create an opportunity to travel, and learn more.
