Now a coffee nerd. Had my first real espresso (Peets beans in a small gaggia) at a lab in Palo Alto.

We are a wholesale roaster. That's what we love to do.
We are part of the Zingerman's "community of businesses" or ZCOB as we say. Our sister businesses include a restaurant/cafe; an artisan bakery; a creamery; a training company and more.
What is your favorite thing about the coffee industry?
There's always something new to learn. Great people and relationships.
I'm moving on gang. Almost 4 years with The Roasterie and I'm packing the bags and heading over to the F&B side of the world. That's food and bev for those of you that aren't as dorky as I am. Stay posted, keep it real and more to come.
