    On your 'search of the best coffeehouses' I hope you let us know what you find - maybe with some photos. I was up around 5 and was on the phone by 5:30. My first call was to a very interesting man in Paris named Frédéric and we talked about the different way we drink coffee. Many people in France think we drink coloured water, it's not strong enough for them. - take care and enjoy. -Steve
