Tell us more about your coffee shop or barista skills.: We have a pretty tight crew but we are also a bit isolated and could use some outside influence. Our baristas like to travel.

Joseph, thanks for the message. We had a great time in Portland, OR, going to the ABC Barista School and learning from all the great coffee bars up there. The food and coffee culture is amazing. We are back in SB, as we stayed in contact with the space we were hoping to lease, and it is looking like it will work out in the end. We will have some time before opening, so wanted to try and find a great Probat Roaster to learn on and try to in the future roast our coffee as well. Hope you guys are doing well and enjoyed summer.
