I came up with the idea of an espresso catering company but found out other people are doing it too. Much of my business is marketing other companies.

Judging was a blast. You should check it out if you're interested. The next regional is later this year, I believe. And let me know if or when you'll be out in the Rockwall Co. area and we'll see what we can do about feeding you a couple of those shots. What kind of espresso equipment are you using in the catering business?

Hi Barb. It's nice to see another local in here. I actually thought about espresso catering, but that's as far as I got. I have some equipment that might lend itself to that kind of business. I also blend and roast my own espresso. But, it's tough to find time to do or try everything, isn't it?
