I agree, something should get started in ND. There are a few decent shops around, but I got really into coffee when I got a job as a barista in Seattle, and I haven't been able to find anything that even comes close to some of the shops I used to frequent. I haven't worked in coffee since I moved back to Minot, but I really do love doing, and would like to again someday.

If you want to email me, we can talk sometime, but I pretty much hit every coffeehouse towards Mandane..and I have met all the ND roasters.

I am serious about Coffee, and I just got back from a coffee-tour prospect trip thru North Dakota. We should talk. I have an opinion and I know where there is good coffee in ND...

Been there! I have a great roaster in South Dakota that does a great job with coffee and just about everything else, including Rancilio espresso equipment. Check him out at www.darkcanyon-coffee.com.
