lol, yes feel free to do that. Use me anyway you want. I just love coffee and this networking site Matt came up with. I got to take some barista training from him at the Long Beach Ca. SCAA convention a few years back.
Living close to his brista school can have it's advantages. I'd love to take some milk training classes with him. My steaming and latte art have a lot to be desired.

Great thoughts Latria, thank you very much. I am behind you all the way in supporting local economy. This is my first approach for sure. Our range here extends all the way to Portland Oregon and beyond. So I have a large area to cater to. Thanks again for your marketing wisdom.
Best Regard,
Joseph

Latria,
I hope you get that chance to open your cafe. Get ready for the ride of your life. I'm having a great time here. If you need the services of a good coffee roaster for your cafe please consider me. I would love to work with you. Private label roasting has become a major part of our business here. Not only do you get to serve great espresso but you can sell your beans to the happy customers. There I will jump down off my soap box and wish you a great day back in Cincinnati.
Cheers,
Joseph

Kind of slow in this small town of 2 or 3K. It's the season to be slow and with this economic down turn it's a wonder we made it a year. But hey I fully intended to make it a year and many more. Latria it seems that success or what ever we call it has to do more with what is in your heart. If it is bursting with passion for what you love it seems you have no option but to move forward and enjoy the wonderful ride live has to offer us.
Wishing you the best for now,
Joseph
