Perfect! Keep me posted. Yes! Cool people, obviously many from Denmark and Iceland...I hope you can live with that. We will be a team of 16 working 3 at a time, together with other Max Havelaar (fair trade people). But they will only be doing NON coffee stuff! ... Could be so cool if you could come by.

Hello again. I had a great time. Hard work on GastroNord. But i went to Melquist (?) in Stockholm for a set (espr & cappo) plus a vanilla croissant. O my god. It was nice...and the perfect atmosphere... Anyways. More info. The coffee shop will be open from thursday 3. july - sunday 6. july. If you can get yourself down to Roskilde you will get free entrence and access to the ´´workers camping´´ . That has warm showers, real toilets and lockers for your stuff if you want to. The only catch is: you have to work 3x 8 hours. So you have at least one whole day off. And the days you are working you get foodtickets too. The coffee shop will be open from 10-02. Well... that is the main info I think. Importantly I don´t mind drunk baristas, or hung over baristas at Roskilde. BUT i need to trust they are there when they are supposed to be. Otherwise you still have to pay your ticket....

Please let me know. We need some fun baristas, male and foreign....

kind regards, Thórey

Hello Per, I just came back from Sweden today. I was making coffee at Gastro nord in Stockholm. Anyway, I wanted to ask if you were interested in coming down to Roaskilde festival, get free entrence, but work with about 15 other baristas at the ´´max havelaar coffeeshop´´ with Estate coffee? Let me know and I will give you the full info... I am Thórey, by the way. Working for Estate coffee and Copenhagen Roaster.

Hæ Per :) It´s freeeezing here, but it´s alright. First day at work I overslept like an hour...hehe. It was fun woking the machine and make some latte art, so I was happy. Ofcourse I wanted to stay in Jinotega og Matagalpa for...ever! No, but longer. Maybe next time.

So how da matteo? Over your head in beans?

Japp, jag och Roberto var i Florens i April förra året och tog fram den blandningen som Emil ska tävla med. Inget fancy, tydlig italiensk barkaraktär, på gott och ont.
