Marketing and Ideas....

Posted on September 30, 2008 at 9:04pm 2 Comments

Recently I was beginning to think about all the advertising and marketing I wanted to do once I open my shop but I also realized that I should consult with the experts. I'm not so sure how much or where at I should generate $$ to make this feasible in my business plan. Futhermore, I will have bi-weekly, monthly and quarterly events that will definitely get the word out but I'd love to hear more from the experts.

I have absolutely no clue how to find the cups on the NotNeutral website. I think you have to get them on the phone.

Steve, it was an absolute pleasure to meet you in person. I wish we could've had a chance to chat a lil' more one on one. I think that there should be more owners/operators that are as driven as you are. I'm excited to hear that you'll be roasting your own soon. I'd definitely like to take a trip out to PHX to see ya!

There are several contibutions on the discussion, which you can access from my BX page. The contraption I devised involved the Yama tea siphon filter, which is a two piece filter, with an Astoria dispersion screen between the pieces. It all screws together with no alterations... the discussion gives various ways of trying to keep the cloth filters free of flavor taints, be it a dingy taste from a dirty filter of a synthetic taste from a detergent...
