Home roasting is my current passion, and also it is really my only level of involvement from now till graduation from college. I would love to work for Intelligentsia or some other specialty shop near the Chicago area, but I won't look too hard, cause schooling is enough for me at this point. As I mentioned above, my dream is to open a coffee shop of my own. I have no preference as far as where, as long as its mine and I can at least avoid going broke with it. I simply love coffee, everything about it, and I really desire to share this love. Coffee is truly amazing.
