To be honest. I don't know a whole lot about the blends we use for our espresso. I do know that we are constantly changing and adjusting the beans/origins/roasts for our espresso blend. Katie, the head roaster does all of that. I am setting up some "trainings" with her in the roastery, so when that time comes I will be sure to ask about the different blends of espresso we use and will get back to you with a more educated answer. haha.

Ah, I am doing very well man, thanks! How about yourself? . . . And yes, I AM an espresso lover, but I also love the simpler things about coffee, such as the smell, or the feeling of running my hands through fresh roasted beans!! That to me is so much better than a shot of espresso. haha.
