Tell us more about your coffee shop or barista skills.: I've been in the retail side for four years and in the last year have been more hands-on with my roaster and learning more about that. I own and operate an espresso bar and cafe which gives me experience from the front of the house to the back.
What cities or countries are you interested in traveling to?: Parts of the Northwest, Central and South America, Africa. Just about wherever coffee is produced.
About Me:: I am a former barista that became an accountant for nine years just to come full circle back to becoming a barista and owning my own shop. happiness
About My Company:: Fioza Cafe. We opened for business in July of 2007 and have been growing steadily since. We are the only true espresso bar in the Meyerland area. Houston is still starved for good espresso bars.
