Tell us more about your coffee shop or barista skills.
Our skills as baristas at Copper River Coffee and Tea is something we take very seriously at our shop. Our goal is to always improve and expand our abilities as time goes on. Could we compete at competitions? I think as time goes on and with some training we'll be on the stage shortly enough. It helps that we all have a very strong passion for what we do and earnestly take the time to read literature, watch videos, and attend events that pertain to the art.
About Me:
*Will be updated soon.
About My Company:
Copper River is a well balanced shop mixing the traditional with the mainstream and we excel with our espresso based beverages as well as our loose-leaf teas. We're somewhat tucked in the corner of a plaza, but once someone finds us, they usually find that the lackluster exterior of the building is not reflective of the shop on the inside. Our customer base is a mixture of professionals using the cafe in the morning to do business, commuters who travel along War Memorial Dr. which is the busiest street in Peoria, and students from Bradley University and Illinois Central College that come to study at night. We also cater and donate our coffee to many organizations in town as well as provide a meeting room at our cafe named the "Copper Room" which can be reserved for a very low cost. We do roast our own coffee, mostly off-site, but we have a 5lb. Ambex where we occasionally roast some of our premium coffees. More to come soon***

    Rwanda DT relationship.

If this does get back off the ground at all, I'd be interested. I may be able to pull together a few other buyers to get it done, if need be. Keep us posted, if you can.

Yes, I would love to see some pictures. I am looking at buying a YM-2 directly from Ambex. However, if you would like to sell yours, I would be happy to buy it from you ASAP. What year is your YM-2 and how often do you roast on it? Also, let me know how much you are thinking about selling it for. Thank you so mcu for your help and time. -Paul
