I am currently working at Urban Standard, in downtown Birmingham. We serve a very basic and traditional menu of espresso drinks and we serve some of the best sandwiches/salads/soups in town.

About Me:

Started working in a local shop three years ago and fell in love with it. I'm constantly reading and learning more about coffee. I love being behind a machine and I doubt I'll ever do anything else...ever.

What is your favorite thing about the coffee industry?

I love how coffee is constantly changing and how there is always more to learn.
