About My Company:: Small coffee bar on the corner of 3rd and Market in down town Wilmington, DE. We serve hand crafted espresso pulling 14 to 16 grm double shots in 22 to 28 seconds with micro foam textured milk at aprox 150 dgrs We serve fresh salads, wraps, sandwiches and baked goods.
What is your favorite thing about the coffee industry?: To WOW the customer with great "real" espresso

I'm not sure about the strada baskets fitting on other machines. You might add it to that thread I had about the baskets...or just ask the ones that mentioned the strada baskets. They might know. I was just in Wilmington for a few days last month...sorry I didn't know to stop by!
