Tell us more about your coffee shop or barista skills.: I'm ready to learn! I have no skills yet, unless you count the hundreds of 'espresso' shots I've made with my Krups Espresso machine.
I recently purchased a Grindmaster Espressimo 2400! It's a bit overkill for home use, but I wanted something 'real' to learn on. It needs a bit of work, but I've enjoyed getting in there and tinkering with it. I hope to be able to get some of my questions answered along the way!
