I try all the beans brands worldwide, depending on how they are available here in Switzerland. My emphasis is on Italy roasted espresso blends. The longer the more there are also some very good small Swiss specialties roasters around.
I change my equipment regularly. Reference machines that I keep are:
Grinder: Mazzer Mini
Machine: La Marzocco GS3
I dont like much milk in my coffee and I am not really interested in Latte Art. (Even if I can enjoy a nice latte picture on a good Cappuccino).
