What is your favorite thing about the coffee industry?
hi john
the shop somehow is holding on-just past a year and a half with 2 hot tops
and a behmor at home to do 1/2 pound batches for cupping samples
i am surrounded by coffee cougars in real cafes with big bucks and probably a lot more knowledge and experience than me
and with bigger and better machines, staff, fancier spots to sit and sip but i am holding my own
ha ha
niche marketing
i don't want to make a fortune just want to continue
i sell a lot of baking -cookies and bars and squares-and baking supplies-especially chocolate
what is good are the special events-and small gatherings-we have 30 coffee enthusaists coming this sunday from an internet group
love that stuff
anyhow i am open for support and help and visits any time
thx again for the feedback in the fruitcakes-yes they are pretty darn yummy
who says fruit cake has to be seasonal??
hope to catch you one of these days
your drawing looks like paul stookey from peter paul and mary
keep on drinking the good cup
