My partner, Sandy has started a roasting company inside my coffee shop.

  Hey Bj - no luck yet, but I am going to need to find a commercial kitchen soon as I am starting to get some coffee catering gigs booked for late February through June. Might have to put commercial roasting on hold for another few months. You heading up to Chicago for Coffeefest? I will be up there on Saturday, we should meet up. ~ Jay
