If you are a barista or shop, are you interested in a barista exchange with another coffee shop/barista?
yes
Tell us more about your coffee shop or barista skills.
I was trained at Latte Land Espresso on 47th Street in Kansas City, MO. There I learned the subtle nuance between a well made drink and a poorly made one. I learned that the secret to an excellent latte or cappuccino is all in the timing between the steamed milk and the pulled shot. If the shot sits the texture and flavor die.
Making espresso is fun. I love it
