Some of my skills include proper shot extraction, milk steaming (respect the micro foam), latte art and drinking lots of coffee. I'm Currently the Barista Trainer for Press Coffee Roasters in Phoenix, AZ
What cities or countries are you interested in traveling to?
I would like to travel first within the USA, I really want to visit Portland, Northern California, Boston, NYC, and Chicago. Outside the USA I want to visit Vancouver B.C., Italy, France, and the Netherlands.
About Me:
I have been in the coffee business in one form or another for about 10 years, but I got serious about four years ago. I live in Phoenix but my home will always be Washington (the state, I can't stand when you say your from WA and people assume your from DC). I love everything coffee and I can't stop thinking about it (is that a bad thing). I'm totally into roasting, I dig that I have a huge influence of the the final product.
About My Company:
We are passionate about roasting and offering incredible coffee, delicious food, and wonderful wine. In fact, that’s how we came up with our name PRESS… coffee French PRESS, panini PRESS sandwiches, and wine PRESS. We focus on fresh roasted boutique coffee's with a focus on social responsibility. We also offer more large variety of boutique wines and beers. Most importantly, we pride ourselves in the quality of our food and drinks along with our friendly baristas and chefs.
