Tell us more about your coffee shop or barista skills.: Advanced technical and sensory espresso training, intermediate to advanced latte art training, intermediate to advanced coffee knowledge (that whole "seed to cup" experience) Working knowledge of the industry at large including growing regions, arguments for and against fair trade coffee and certified organics, currently working as a cafe consultant to start up specialty shops in the DC metro area, etc, etc, etc, coffee=my life.

About Me:: work and play work and play work and play
About My Company:: music venue and full bar at night, awesome coffee and pastries (as well as breakfast and lunch now) during the morning and day. Cafe IOTA seems indeed to have it all. Dedicated and knowledgeable staff are all highly specialized in what they do. The coffee side is only just opening up and beginning to get some attention. Industrial look, super comfortable feel. Yeah.
