    Hi Carol,

I´m new on the barista exchange platform and come from Hamburg/Germany. You mentioned in a comment an few weeks ago that you roast on a Diedrich. I intend to buy a IR-12 for a new shop in Hamburg. We have two shops and roast our coffee in a small hot air roaster. Perhaps you can give me your opinion to the Diedrich mashines.

    regards,
    Sven
