    I want to encourge to persue the shop roasting. There are many roasters to choose for for this purpose so choose wisely. My partner and I choose http://www.coffeelab.com/ to get basic training and insite from one of the best men in the business. Very worthwhile.     Becca, my first comment to you was not very clear. We roast our own here and are focusing on the commercial roasting side. I was wishing you the best if you pursue in house or shop roasting. I know you would love it. Roasting is just one more move closer to the source for me. I can't wait to visit the farms and coffee farmers.
