If you are a barista or shop, are you interested in a barista exchange with another coffee shop/barista?
maybe
Tell us more about your coffee shop or barista skills.
I worked for one year as a barista, before being promoted to Head Barista at Coffee Aroma. And I have been in that position for 3 months. In that time I have made huge differences in the quality of the coffee, eaten a lot of my own words, made many modifications, many which have been destroyed and trained new staff.
What cities or countries are you interested in traveling to?
Anywhere there's good coffee and great people.
About Me:
I am twenty, and aside from my passion for coffee, I love wine, dislike Lincoln, and wear glasses. I have been involved in Lincoln only for the time I have been involved with Coffee Aroma, I have grown a lot within coffee in the last year, alongside my shop, and have made many good friends along the way. Whilst I am primarily a barista, I am also involved in training, home roasting, machine restoration and modification, and would love to learn more.
At home, I own a La Spaziale New EK 2 group, a La Spaziale MXP, an I-roast 2 and a Rancilio MD40.
About My Company:
Coffee Aroma is an independent coffee shop in Lincoln, UK, we have been open for approximately 2 years, and since that time we've grown from serving terribly roasted fairtrade, to serving our own blend from Steve at Hasbean, and also a guest Cup of excellence coffee.
We try to do what we feel right for speciality coffee in Lincoln, teach people about coffee, and above all, have fun, try to innovate, and drink coffee.
What is your favorite thing about the coffee industry?
The UK community, and the Brazilian Santa Terezhina CofE
