Tell us more about your coffee shop or barista skills.: A few years ago a cappuccino was "A really foamy" latte, in my head. I was trained poorly and didn't really care about my craft. Today, I can honestly say that I am driven to know more about coffee in a way I don't fully understand. While I am more than willing to train baristas (which I do at Bridgehead in ottawa) I would be more interested in learning the caft from other people in the industry. Learning what espresso is to them.
What cities or countries are you interested in traveling to?: Anywhere and everywhere.

Today I enjoyed reading God In A Cup. Not because it is a good book. Far from it. I enjoyed it for the simple fact that it is for the most part just wrong.
