Besides being a barista, I'm a church musician (worship leader) at Messiah Episcopal Church and avid papa. I do photography sometimes, tinker with old diesel cars trying to get them to eat grease, and bike year-round.

    Glad you enjoyed the review. You are doing great things for the MN industry. We need more people pouring art and trying to get better machines in their shops. I am looking forward to stopping in when you have your new machine up and running. Working with a dual boiler and temperature stability can be mind blowing.
