Hi Pete,

I was reading a discussion about Diedrich Roasters...I'm thinking about buying a IR-3. I'd love a second hand one but they are hard to find, thus are faced with the prospect of a new one. Would you recommend the machine? Did you have a standard stock model or did you go with the automation/data logging? Love to hear your thoughts. Thanks

Hey Pete, I'm going to be a new start up selling coffee via online only. I can't find any info. about any other companys income who have gone this route. I know web sites, social media and marketing. What I don't know the range of ROI for selling online. Can you give me a source of what coffee internet sales can be expected?
