I can pour a pretty good rosetta, my palette has gotten pretty strong over the years, and I know the difference between exceptional coffee and everything else.
About Me:
I started as a barista in 1993 for a large retail chain in southern CA. Worked my way up to manager in a couple of years. Discovered Cafe Bravo and realized that most retailers don't really understand the difference between marginal coffee and good coffee. Now I handle the roasting, green coffee and tea buying, and a bunch of other things for our company. Coffee has been my life for many years, and anyone who knows me would tell you I can be on the verge of obsessive when it comes to coffee!
About My Company:
We are a small wholesale roaster in southern California. We roast everything to order and ship within 24 hours. We don't cut corners or sacrifice quality to save a few pennies. Everyone who works here loves coffee and understands why we do things the way we do.
What is your favorite thing about the coffee industry?
Finding more and more roasters/shops who believe in providing high quality coffee and understand the difference
