About My Company:: I came up with the idea of an espresso catering company but found out other people are doing it too. Much of my business is marketing other companies.

Hi Barb. It's nice to see another local in here. I actually thought about espresso catering, but that's as far as I got. I have some equipment that might lend itself to that kind of business. I also blend and roast my own espresso. But, it's tough to find time to do or try everything, isn't it?

Judging was a blast. You should check it out if you're interested. The next regional is later this year, I believe. And let me know if or when you'll be out in the Rockwall Co. area and we'll see what we can do about feeding you a couple of those shots. What kind of espresso equipment are you using in the catering business?
